Refund policy

 

At this time kittyfish shirts are made to order.  This means that each item ordered is produced only after the order has been placed and paid for.  Since items are printed individually once they are ordered, they are non-refundable.  This means that returns or exchanges cannot be supported if you entered the wrong shipping address, ordered the wrong size or color, or changed your mind.

For orders that are damaged or defective (faulty), we may offer a replacement.  Faulty orders must be reported to our email: assistant@kittyfish.shop within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.  If 14 calendar days have passed and you have not sent in your submission, unfortunately you will not be eligible for a replacement.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 1 week after the estimated delivery date.  Before submitting your claim be sure to contact your local post office or carrier.  We do not offer replacements for delivery addresses you inputed incorrectly.

In order to be eligible for a replacement, you will need to provide photographic evidence that clearly depicts the damages or product issues.  Your item must also be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with original hang tag attached.  You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase and refer to the order number when submitting your report.  Please also include your name in your email submission.  We will then conduct our investigation and determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement.  Eligible replacements will have no additional cost to you.  If you received something different from what you ordered, including incorrect sizes, colors, or styles, the order is also eligible for a replacement.

 The time it takes for your replacement order to reach you may vary depending on your location.

We do not offer refunds or replacements on socks or any other sealed goods for hygiene purposes.  We also do not issue any refunds for gift card purchases.
